About Me

Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised all over, I’ve developed a natural sense of hospitality that has shaped my career and passions. I pursued my education in Hospitality & Restaurant Management at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, where I honed my expertise in creating exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, I expanded my skills by studying User Experience (UX) Design at Western Governors University, blending my hospitality background with a modern understanding of design and user-centric solutions. My diverse experiences and education allow me to bring a unique, people-first approach to everything I do.

As a current Amazon employee on the People Experience & Technology team, I have the honor of testing and providing feedback for pilot programs that will be implemented across the entire network. Collaborating closely with UX Designers and Product Managers, I focus on identifying and addressing opportunities to improve user experiences. Together, we work to create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, engagement, and satisfaction for employees and customers alike, driving meaningful advancements throughout the organization.
